On September 20th, the first League member conference of Denggao Electric Co., Ltd. was successfully held. Wu Yuqin, secretary of the company's Party branch and executive deputy general manager, Wang Zhongshuang, deputy general manager of the company's marketing center, Song Siyu, member of the company's Party branch and deputy general manager of the Instrument Transformer Business Department, Guo Lingyi, member of the company's Party branch and general manager of Denggao Yun Import and Export (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd., and Wang Guoliang, chairman of the company's labor union, attended the conference.     The conference kicked off amid the solemn national anthem. Song Siyu read out the "Reply on Approving the Establishment of the Communist Youth League Branch Committee of Denggao Electric Co., Ltd." from the Communist Youth League Yueqing Economic Development Zone Working Committee.
    On behalf of the company's labor union, Wang Guoliang delivered a speech. He stated that the labor union would, as always, attach importance to and support the work of the Communist Youth League, and work together with the Communist Youth League organization to build a "red bastion" that unites, serves, and achieves young people. He encouraged young employees to fully display their talents, pursue their dreams, and achieve a win-win future on the company's vast platform.
Zhou Jun, a "Zhejiang Craftsman" and an outstanding technical backbone of the company, who is currently at the electrical construction site of the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan railway in Kyrgyzstan, sent warm congratulations to the conference via video. As a long-time veteran who has been working on the front line of projects, he fondly recalled the bits and pieces of his growth alongside the company and encouraged young employees to always maintain their original aspirations for struggle. Under the leadership of the Communist Youth League, they should strive to become young people of the new era with sentiment, responsibility, and commitment, and work hand in hand with the company to ascend together.

    During the solemn flag-presenting ceremony, Wu Yuqin, on behalf of the company's Party branch, presented the league flag to Chen Songyang, the newly appointed secretary of the league branch.
    Chen Songyang, the secretary of the company's Youth League branch, made a statement of commitment, expressing that he would live up to the trust and great expectations of the organization. He pledged to unite and lead the members of the Youth League committee, focusing on the core tasks of serving industrial development and youth growth. He encouraged young employees to stay committed to their positions, make new achievements, and strive to create a new situation for the company's Youth League work.
    On behalf of the company's management, Wang Zhongshuang pointed out that adhering to the leadership of the Party is the inherent blood gene of the Communist Youth League (CYL) organization, and it is also the fundamental guarantee for the CYL's cause to move steadily and achieve long-term success. The CYL organization should always take the Party's political program as its goal and the Party's guiding ideology as its guide for action.
