The First Postdoctoral Conclusion Report Meeting For The Denggao Electric Postdoctoral Workstation Was Successfully Held

    On the morning of November 25, 2025, the first postdoctoral conclusion report meeting for the Denggao Electric Postdoctoral Workstation was successfully held in the conference room of the Instrument Transformer Business Department. A review panel consisting of Professor Liu Feng and Professor Fang Zhi from Nanjing University of Technology, Associate Professor Wu Mingge, Executive Dean of the Rui'an Graduate School of Wenzhou University, Associate Professor Shi Yijian from Wenzhou University, and several experts from the enterprise side, as well as members of the leadership team of the postdoctoral workstation and heads of relevant functional departments, attended the meeting.

    Dr. Huang Jialiang, who has completed his postdoctoral research, gave a detailed report on his project titled "Solving the Cracking Problem Caused by Low Heat Conduction in Epoxy Casting with Green Methods". The review panel conducted in-depth discussions and inquiries regarding the project's innovativeness, technical approach, and application background. They unanimously agreed that the research design of the project is reasonable, the technical approach is scientifically feasible, the theoretical analysis is in-depth and systematic, and the research results innovatively propose an atmospheric pressure low-temperature plasma dynamic packing treatment process. This provides a new method for enhancing the working performance and stability of epoxy casting, and holds significant application value and engineering guidance significance. After comprehensive evaluation, the review panel unanimously concluded that Dr. Huang Jialiang meets the criteria for completing his postdoctoral research.
