JLSZZW32-10Y系列户外带真空开关型预付费计量装置主要适用于额定频率为50Hz或60Hz， 额定电压为10kV系统的电能计量、 预付费控制， 根据用户要求，本产品可提供三相三线制和三相囚线制。
本型产品可根据用户要求加装YGD用户用电终端 ， 利用后台直接控制开断， 并可查询实时的电力参数和开断状态。
本型预付费计量装置符合GB1984-2014《高压交流断路器》、 DL/T 402-2007《高压交流断路器订货技术条件》、 DL汀403- 2000 《12kV～40.5kV高压真空断路器订货技术条件》、 GB 20840.1-2010 《互感器第1部分：通用技术要求》、 GB 20840.4-2015 《互感器第4部分：组合互感器的补充技术要求》及DυT 721-2013《配电自动化远方终端》等技术标准。
